Yesterday the Supreme Court likely decided on the constitutionality of "Obamacare." Of course, we won't know what they decided until late June, which is frustrating. All we have to go on are last week's hearings... which, judging from accounts, were a sad spectacle indeed!
We shouldn't jump to any conclusions, and I still think there's some reason for optimism, but after this week really all bets are off. And if they do rule against, the ramifications could be enormous. Their decision on the Medicaid funding issue in particular has the potential to completely upend our system of government.
In other words, this stuff is really important!
