my quick take on Bloomberg: If he runs he'll definitely come in third. Probably a distant third. I don't know who he'll take more votes from, but he'd probably take from both. Most likely the main result will be that whoever wins will do so with less than 50% of the vote, meaning the winner would not have a mandate for change. At a moment when we need a Democrat to hit the ground running, rather than coming off a convincing win people would be speculating that they only won because of Bloomberg. I really hope he sits it out.
